In an N2N project that took place in Prokuplie, Serbia, great encouragement was found. A newly established church is catching the vision to share the gospel! On this particular evangelism project, a brother in Serbia writes, “part of our mission…was encouraging believers in distress by being with them and sharing the Word of hope even in that moment.”
We know as followers of Jesus that one of our roles is to encourage the brethren and love our hurting and in-distress brothers and sisters. Let’s rejoice in the kindness and love we see around the world.
“Therefore, as we have opportunity, we must work for the good of all, especially for those who belong to the household of faith.” Galatians 6:10
A major aspect of the IC trips is to connect with and encourage believers, whether that be in reminding them of the promises of God, teaching them how to share the gospel, or through just being with them and letting them know they’re not alone.
