• This city is located in the Amazon Rainforest, with around 300,000 people.
• Spanish is dominant, but Shipibo and other indigenous languages are spoken in nearby areas.
• Pucallpa is surrounded by indigenous communities that practice many animistic and shamanic beliefs. These practices include nature spirits, plant medicines, ancestral wisdom, and sacred rituals and ceremonies.
• 14 participants have been requested to join local churches in bringing the Gospel to the lost. Syncretism and animism are very common, and people need to hear the truth of the Gospel - that Jesus alone is Lord of all spiritual power.

All funds paid directly to IC are gifts and are receipted as charitable contributions. All gifts are non-refundable but can be transferred to another participant or held for a future trip for three years before being applied to general ministry needs.
