Communism No Match for Christ
In Communist Cuba, the Gospel is earnestly needed.
An IC team of 10 joined local churches in preaching the good news to neighbors and the lost in their communities in March. Through blackouts and potential dangers, Jesus was proclaimed and the Holy Spirit moved in miraculous ways!
Believers were encouraged, prayers were made for the sick, whole families came to Christ, idols were collected and burned, new churches are starting, and even still after the partnership, more are giving their lives to Jesus!
Here's what God did:
5,408 people heard the Gospel
3,552 gave their lives to the Lord
522 have followed in baptism
6 new churches have been planted
On 6 different occasions, idols were collected.
People are being set free. Praise the Lord for great things He has done!
