Having nine children and no wife came as a devastating and hopeless loss for Phiri, a man in Zambia. While his children cared for his needs, his heart was in need of healing. A relative of his participated in this N2N and goes to a church that is near where Phiri lives.

After learning about Operation Andrew, this relative began earnestly praying for Phiri to know Jesus. During the N2N, she and others went to share the Gospel with him. He listened and began to sob, saying, "Finally God has remembered me by sending His servants to rescue me before I die. Now I can see the light in my darkest life. Why did it take you so long to come and bring this light, yet I live so close to you?" The church celebrated when he gave his life to Jesus.
