The local team of believers came across Josephine, a woman selling vegetables on the roadside. They shared the gospel with her and she was so excited, she received Jesus for the very first time in her life! Before they moved away from her, Josephine requested the team to visit her house so that they could pray for certain needs that she had. When they arrived, the team realized that Josephine was staying with her husband and her mother who were sick. Three of her teenage children were also present in the house.

They shared the gospel with the rest of the family and they all gave their lives to the Lord! The team also prayed for those who were sick. A few days later, they got the news that the bedridden mother was now much better and recovering well and now able to walk around the house. This was a huge source of encouragement to both the family and the church.
